yeah it's possible but risky n only few chances for reversal n fertility restoration as once it's blocked it never come with proper function
reversal is possible but chance of getting pregnant again depends upon age. if U are younger than 40 than consider it.. successful rate is never 100% but yeah it can be as high as 74% with successful childbirth if U are below 38 with good fertility
there is a very high risk of ectopic pregnancy as.tubes are already fibrosed due to closure

It depends on how was it done. So you need to get a diagnostic laparoscopy done to see whether your tubal surgery can be reversed or not. Sometimes doctor remove a major part of tube which cannot be reversed.
