yes.igG positive means that u are immune..in that case no vaccination needed..
but if IgM is positive then vaccination is needed bcz IgM shows acute infection.
kindly tell about IgM whether it is positive or negative??

then get your rubella IgM checked..bcz it will tell about active infection n if it is positive then u will be needing vaccination..so get your rubella IgM checked.it is imp
