I have two kids age 7 and 6 years. Conceived them naturally. I am trying for 3rd since 3 years. This year i got all tests done. Complete thyroid profile, pelvic ultrasound, Husband's semen analysis. All reports are fine. I followed ovulation induction cycles for 3 months with my gynaecologist's prescription. Eggs produced were in perfect size 18-21 mm in size. Still didn't conceive. What should i do???

I had first missed miscarriage after 6 weeks, second was normal delivery. 3rd was emergency c section since the baby had cord around the neck. But there was no complications and all went well.
After that i got severe spinal issues. Sciatica, Disc bulges and nerve compression at L4 L5 and S1. Hip misalignment due to nerve compression. Took me 2-3 years to heal. So i completely avoided any pregnancy. I did swimming and gym. I am v active as well.
Now i have been trying for 3 years.

I have a family history of breast and uterine cancer in my sister and mom. So i get my breast and pelvic ultrasounds and examinations regularly every year. Are there any other tests that i need to get done???
