Madam I got married at age 32 ,got pregnant in first month after marriage spontaneously ,male baby delivered in Nov 2019 by c section at 40 week( no labour pains) Breast feed for 3 months Now trying to conceive for last 5-6 months Ovulation tracking at day 13 for 2 months No mature follicle seen Cycle regular 6-7 days/30 Weight 63 kg in November 2030 Following labs done Dec 20 at day 2 Serum FSH 7.85 Serum LH 7.65 Serum TSH 2.59 Serum prolactin 1115 Serum prolactin Repeated after 3 week ,610 Serum AMH 1.33 MRI brain , pituitary gland normal,no pathology I am taking folic acid daily Weight 56 kg Took tab brotin for 3 months S prolactin level 96 Feb ovulation tracking day 13 19 mm follicle seen Now today day 12 follicle 14mm Please give your expert opinion Dr Faiza Rafiq
