u can take panadol for headache. check ur blood pressure for record. Increase fluid intake.
which month/weeks of ur pregnancy?
in case ur headache is not relieved by panadol, consult in person. u need to be assessed for it.

I am 14 weeks pregnant my total blood count is 9.0 points that’s why my doctor put me on iron drip for 3 days. After taking this drip my headache started

take iron tablets. dont go for iv drips for now. & improve ur diet, take iron rich diet.
check ur blood pressure
