Talk to Gynecologist on Severe Pain During Menstruation.

Salam. My periods are regular, Alhamdulillah but the pain is acutely too much now. I have always have extremely painful periods, but a month or two ago, I had an operation and got a cyst and my left ovary out. Since then, my period pains have escalated even the intensity of before. Its been 2 days (and my period hadn’t even started yet), my sugar fell, I got dizzy, I couldn’t walk, my muscles clenched and didn’t unclench. Today, during university, I got my period, and usually as a woman who doesn’t cry, I was about to. My back and legs especially ache too much. I can feel severe pain in my bones as if somebody is cutting them with a saw.

Why is this happening? Why are the pains so acute that now my sugar levels are dropping. I’m 21 and unmarried. Many ppl shut me down by saying its normal but is it? Yes, my diet is less and I am usually working 19-20 hours daily. Jazakamullah khayr.
