AOA I think may be suffering from intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, you should have proper consultation and counselling regarding your situation...go for viral markers screening, bile acid levels and consultant your doctor...
you are taking u progest which seems the cause of cholestasis. As you are having cervical cerclage you should not stop it without your gynaecologist advise. see your gynae early so that alternate medicine may be prescribed for your safe pregnancy. thnx
