Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting After Periods

i have a daughter and ttc since last 2.5yrs. consulted with gynecologists as well. last visited another gynae 25days back with my u/s(follicular size 2.1), HSG(normal) and hormones(lh,tsh,prolactin normal fsh is 13)reports. dr advised to take just pregnacare conception. i started taking it my monthly cycle length used to be normal. my periods came on 21st april and this time my cycle is really really messed up. since 14th day of my cycle spotting started brown discharge. since yesterday there is continuous spotting and brown discharge. i am really upset whats happening. please suggest me which test is required atm and should i get my u/s done? i cant visit gynae dr atm please guide me
