Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting Before Period
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore
This has happened to me for the fourth time now, where I sometimes experience light spotting 4 days before my period, and other times it starts 3 days before. However, my period still arrives on its exact expected date, and my periods are completely normal. Is it normal or not? If not, why?
