I am 14+ weeks pregnant now..baby is fine in ultrasound..from 9th to 12 weeks I experienced heavy bleeding for which I have taken duphaston, myfol, cyclogest and inj ferti C..dr said its subchorionic bleeding.after 12 weeks I feel well and don't get any bleeding and dr changed my medicines now I am taking cac1000, aldomet, hemifol(iron)...today I noticed a light spotting discharge again..I took tranamine tablet..what should I do now

First get an ultrasound pelvis done for fetal well being then continue taking Tab Duphuston and cyclogest till 16 week
