Asking For Wife, Female 31, karachi
assalam o alaikum please post on urgent basis
my wife is 31 years old. history of two miscarriages and mashaAllah now 6 weeks pregnant. She has started to get spotting and we are worried.
her gynae prescribed Transmin 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days.
is it safe ?
