Assalam o alikum dr.. i am 7 week pregnant. its my 2nd child.. mra bara beta 10 months ka h tw m use b smbhlti hn lkn aj kl mre pait m bht drd h or morning sickness bhi bht zda h, har chez dkh k vomt ati h, kch b khaya nh jarha.. zda tar bp low rehta h .. plz mje suggest kren m kia krn mre pait m drd rehne laga h.. ya m koi ultrasound krwaon?

For pain u can take tab spasfon one tablet twice a day.for vomiting u can take tab onset 4 mg twice a day.it’s better if u get ur ultrasound done.takecare
