Talk to Gynecologist on Stretch Like Headache

Assalam o alikum I am 25 years old and have a BMI of 15.3. I previously had a stressful job and suffered from headaches a lot. But I have resigned lately but the headache is still there. But the headache is not like normal pain but like stretches in my head like some band is stretching my head. I used to drink coffee for headaches but after my PCOS diagnosis, I stopped having coffee. I want to know if the stretches are due to withdrawal symptoms of coffee or can be due to PCOS. The pain has become constant during Ramadan and it never stops even after sleeping and having painkillers. Gender: Female Medical history: PCOS
