Asking For Wife, Female 29, Mardan

Hello, My wife is pregnant and it's her 7th week. She is suffering from Dizziness, Fatigue and Nausea. As this is Ramadan she is fasting also. So I want to ask whether she can take Cac 1000 and Multivitamin Supplements. Supplements Fact is attached.

Also any suggestions to overcome the above will be appreciated.

She shouldn’t fast if it’s affecting health. You need to get baseline investigations to see haemoglobin level. Your doctor must have got them done. Usually folic acid is advised in first 3 months but you can also take cac1000. You should have visited a gynaecologist for a detail check up.
