she should start urixin 400 mg 1+0+1 for 5 days along with cranmax sachet 1+0+1 for 10 days and increase fluid intake.
start tab folic acid 400 mcg and tab duphastone 10 mg 1+0+1 due to previous history of micarriage.
take osnate-d daily along with ensure milk.
get her scan done and visit opd for proper checkup
