No avoid working as you may go into preterm labour pains because you hve a stitch applied wait till 38 weeks if does not become cephalic then go for c section
Dear position of baby is not influenced by your activity . So just relax, baby can move to a cephaloc lie on its own but not necessarily. So the mode of delivery will be decided by your obstetrician at term . Thanku
