i want to conceive since 3 and half years i do my tests tvs and hsg and CA125 according to my doctors suggestion plz chk CA report .CA level is 60 .is this normal r problmatic what should i do help me

Then its endometriosis thts main cause of infertilty
Hsg shows tubes patent
Tvs shows endometrioma ,its a ovarian cyst needs to b treated to concieve..
Moreover do u have symptoms of painful mensturation and painful coitus??
Get ur hormonal profile i.e serum fsh lh on 2nd day of menses
Plus serum tsh on any day just to rule out other causes of infertility too
If these reports normal then my advice is too go for diagnostic /therapeutic laproscopy for endometrioma and to see direct for other causes of infertility in a good setup..
