Trying To Conceive

Hi I&rsquo;m 26 and have a 7 year old son. I&rsquo;ve been in my relationship for 4years and my partner is the father of my son but we broke up for the first 3 years of my sons life. He had a relationship in that time and had a daughter. We got back together after my sons 3rd birthday. I was on the jab straight after giving birth. I got off it once me and my partner started dating. I have been trying for 4years to conceive again with no luck
