Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive

Hello doctor, im 25, married for four years. History of right ovary removal due to huge cyst in 2016. Luckily I conceived after 3 months of marriage. now my son is 3 yrs old. I'm trying to conceive again from last 7 months but not succeeding. I'm taking folic acid regularly. my cycle is 32-33 days regular. no delay in periods nor any problem related to periods, just my uterus is retroverted. I have taken 3 cycles of ovulation induction (not consecutive) in last 7 months. now a doctor has advised me not to take any inducation medicine as I have only one ovary and it can reduce egg number. I received my period today(21st April) which is 5 days earlier than expected. Now I'm concerned about conception. what steps should I take further. What tests should be done. and also suggest a doctor in Rawalpindi/Islamabad who can handle my case.
