Talk to Gynecologist on Two Consecutive Miscarriages

I am married since 2.5 years and have a 1.5 year boy from my first pregnancy...After one baby I had two miscarriages..First one happened with medicines and second one was 12 weeks old and I had a D&C beacuse fetal pole was tiny and no heart beat appeared...Doctor said the baby didn't grown and I'm like having a empty sac....I am afraid now and trying to figure out the reason behind it....I want to visit you at your clinic and wanna know if you can help me in finding the reason and also in treating me so that I don't have to go through it again...Waiting for your response.Thank You
