Though it’s hard to understand the doctor’s scribble .. but I think there’s a discrepancy btw the dates and the measurements and some issue in visualising the heart of the fetus.. maybe get a repeat anomaly scan from a better place

Its quite difficult but I think it says that there is a discrepancy in atrial chamber of fetal heart, a repeat detailed scan is needed
