Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound

I previously did a pelvis ultrasound and I was diagnosed with PCOS. I want to repeat the ultrasound with a few tests like Prolactin, LH and FSH. Is it okay for me to do all these tests on day 3 of my cycle when I'm on my period or should I wait for my period to finish?
