I'm trying to concieve since the past few months. My pelvic ultrasound says "Endometrial cavity shows bifurcation". What does it mean? Is it something to be worried about? Kindly help me to understand it. I'm extremely worried.

do a 3D ultrasound for a detailed view of the endometrial cavity .some uterine anomalies do not hamper conception but may have problems in pregnancy like premature birth and abortions so confirm what is the problem in endometrial cavity first
go for 3 D scan and consult some gynaecologist
