Talk to Gynecologist on Usage Of Contraceptive Pills

Gynae related post: Female aged 30, three months of 2nd cesarean, two kids of age 2.5 years & 3 months. History of migraine/headache pains.

Contraceptives pills as attached are advised but I saw mostly available of them with other package names have 28 pills with one column of yellow or brown color instead of this one given by family health clinic which are having all the tablets of same color i.e. white . 1).Is this safe to consume to avoid pregnancy pls guide? 2). It contains 28 tablets but in ours case it's 20-21 days of periods (sometimes 18-19 days cycle) so still have to consume 28 tablets? 3). Right now at the end of periods in a day or two so when is it advised to take it/start it? 4). Long term plan is IUCD as used before the birth of second son but the consultant this time refused to insert it before 6 months of C-section in order to get some heal time & Instead advised these pills . Is it safe to go with these pills for long term or IUCD?
