Talk to Gynecologist on Use Of Primolut N To Stop Periods.

I'm going to perform Umrah on Sunday. I had been a patient of pcos and hormonal imbalance before getting married. I got married last year and after that, I went for tests thrice but neither there was pcos nor hormonal imbalance. I always get my periods 1 to 5 days prior than the last one. Last Month, I got my periods on 30th November. To avoid any inconvenience, I started taking Primolut N on 21st December at night. I am taking 2 tablets per day. So far, I have taken 4 doses. But,I have been experiencing periods cramps and pain in legs since 20th. I'm worried now. I fear Allah forbid, If I get periods then?? I can't visit any doctor now. So, I need sincere suggestion of a gynaecologist what should I do? JazakAllah
