Talk to Gynecologist on Uterine Artery Embolization

i want to ask a question. I have one 13 cm pedunculated subserosal fibroid and one 8 cm subserosal and 2 smaller intramural fibroids. IR has called me on Monday for embolization but he said today that doing embolization of these bigger fibroids especially the one that is outside of the uterus can damage the uterus and my result in hysterectomy later i am so terrified after hearing this. the date is set and i am so nervous and terrified at the moment.

I am 36 and don't have children I really want to have children but I am not sure if it is going to damage the uterus I don't want to go for the myomactomy right now so I am looking for the minimly invasive procedure If an IR is here please guide me. on this matter . jazakAllah
