Talk to Gynecologist on Uterus Cyst

Asking For Someone else, Mother, Female, 46 Years old, Hyderabad sindh

Hello doctor. I posted a query about my mum a month ago. She’s facing irregular periods since 4-5 years & she was advised by doctor to take folic acid & ponstan forte if she has heavy periods. But now, it’s been 25 days since her period started so she consulted a doctor for ultrasound. The doctor has advised for uterus removal surgery. Is it safe? Should we go for it? What precautionary measures should we follow?

I am attaching the ultrasound reports.

My mum is an arthritis patient (RA factor positive) , and she’s taking cortisone since 16 years.

First u can go for dnc and removal of polyp if bleeding settles after that and biopsy report is normal then there is no need of hysterectomy
