Salam i am 37 week pregnancy having uti from last 4,5 days in report 6-10 epithelial cell and 6-10 pus cell no burning or no frequent urination only smell in discharge can i use cranmax sachet?

yes cranmax sachet can be taken twive a day for 3 days.but hopefully this report is performed on clean catch sample( properly following a protocol of collecting the urine sample in container).
if there is smelly discharge it needs to be treated after taking further details like colour of discharge.
