Vagina Complications

Question

My outer lips of my vagina are a dark purple and my clitoris is a hard translucent lump! Im experiencing a bad odour even 5 minutes after I shower. I also experience pain in the area of my ovaries. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I was diagnosed 20 years ago. I havent had a menstrual cycle in 11 years! It just stopped one day. Im very worried. Im in a monogamous relationship for the past 8 years

Lump needs assessment, you need to have a speculum examination and pap smear test as well, i hope you are not diabetic, but still you need to get a quick screening test for diabetes as well,  HbA1c. And visit any senior gynaecologist for examination and assessment.
