Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Boil Or Cyst

Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi, Pakistan

I have observed 2 vaginal boil or cyst confused b/w them and my skin is inflammed as well where the boil/cyst is. So what should be the medicine that i can use if you can recommend me. Attaching the exact problem here with picture reference. Thanks in advance

if inflammed n painful, might be bartholin abscess or cyst. take antibiotics tab augmentin 625mg ,thrice a day, tab dicloran SR twice a day n tab danzen DS thrice a day , if pain not settle, might need incision n drainage...or marsupialization
