If you are not able to eat anything and vomitting frequently it is better to see a doctor and have IV fluids drip and injection to control it otherwise you will get dehydrated. Please schedule an appointment to rule out other causes as well

Ginger tea with sugar is helpful once or twice a day. Keep stock of little snacks like bubble gum, biscuits, juice etc and take in every 15 minutes. Eat some sweet thing before getting up from bed in the morning.

Please visit a gynaecologist. It is advisable that you get admitted so that drips and injections are given to stop vomiting. Tests have to be done to assess any electrolyte imbalance.
