Assalam o Alaikum... i got married in February and start se hi i am trying for baby.. it's been 10 months and no pregnancy. i consult with gynae so she give me momfolic mylaxon efaston tablets. After using these medicine my white blood cells increases and acute infection happen. i am very stressed out i want to be pregnant as soon as possible but i feel my period flow is lighter. my period is for 4 to 5 days but flow is lighter according to me because i use 2 pads a day. is there any medicine which i eat orally and got positive result in one day? i am very stressful out. and can i get pregnant with lighter periods???

WSalam Dont stress about it so much.If u r being evaluated and all is fine u should relax. Take good diet and track ur ovulation days.Ur doctor must have done ur ultrasound.periods might be lighter because of efaston u r taking
