Asking For Self, Female 27, Attock
Assalamualaikum, i am a female of 27 with a 2 years old child. After C-section bhht weak ho gai hun , pehly weight 55kg tk tha but now it reduced to 42 kg. Baby ko feed bhi churwa dia 2 months ago but still feeling too much weakness, chakar atay hain hr waqt BP low rehta, bhook bhi sahi nhi lagti, fruit and dudh etc regular use kr rahi, 3 months pehly complete test krwaye IDC se sari reports normal thin. ubhi bhi HB 12 tk hai lekin still yeh problem face kr rhi. please suggest mjhy simply multi vitamins leny chahyen ya phir koi aur test karwana hoga??
wslaam dear sister you should take iron and calcium supplements,as well as some multivitamins as vitamax women or pregnovit once a day for almost 2_3 months...you can share your reports as well

diet normal hai + fruit , dudh egg leti hun daily.. test 2,3 months pehly kreaye thy complete liver and CBC sb normal tha reports mein. activities mein normal ghr k kam aur school teacher hun
