assalamualaikum..mjy 2,3 din say body mai bht ziada weakness feel ho rahi..ziada chalnay say ya baat krnay say saas phoolta bht..aur bht jaldi body fatigue ho jati ..mainay test krwaya tha 5 din pehlay so hb mera 7.8 hai .. so abi mjy just iron ki medicine use krni chahiye ya blood lagwana chahiye..kindly suggest me..

you are suffering from anaemia, you need evaluation why this happened?
are you married? if you are married, how many kids do you have?
you need further tests like
CBC with indices
serum ferritin
initially, go for these tests.
need your detailed history .don't go for blood transfusion before these tests .
weight? ultrasound/test kraya?if yes share reports? med li koi?
first we need a reason for why hb is so low
then decide what treatment is required
as you are symptomatic we need urgent treatment
