Aoa, after a C-Section no specific foods are stopped. What should be a definite part of your diet is alot of protein in form of meat . This will help with the healing. You should also take alot of fibre in form of fruits, popcorn, isapghol, ect. This will help prevent constipation, which can cause pain and problems with scar healing. Also take a lot of water, 3litres per day. This will also help with constipation and increase milk production.
Apart from this take your iron tablets for 3 months and calcium tablets till you are feeding your baby.

After surgery (specifically C-section) it is better to shift towards liquid foods (also known as Crystal Diet) which include the consumption of broths (یخنی), soups (with as minimum solid material as possible), شوربہ والا سالن (not spicy), and a sufficient intake of water.

The first week after surgery, it is better to avoid dairy products as these are difficult to digest and can cause bloating issues. After first week, you can gradually switch towards dairy products but according to consultation of a professional.
