I'm 23 years old and a mother of two toddlers. my problem is that I'm facing a discharge like a cottage cheese or curdy discharge with itching and redness around my vulva. One month ago I went to a gynecologist as well because of irregular periods she checked me everything was fine my cervix and my uterus everything was okay. please tell me the treatment of the problem. It feels so uncomfortable.

u have vaginal yeast infection .
Sounds like vaginal candidiasis/thrush, a common occurring fungal infection.
This can usually be resolved with an anti fungal pessary or tablets or creams.
However there are things to rule out here:
Are u diabetic?
Have u been evaluated for HIV?
Are u currently pregnant or trying to get pregnant again?
Please consult your nearest gynecologist or GP.
In the meanwhile avoid washing your vaginal with soap and use only water.
Try to keep the area dry. Fungus grows on moist, sweaty skin more easily.
Wear loose cotton underwear.
Do not use any scented lotions or creams or perfumes on your vaginal.
If sex is uncomfortable then avoid sex until the issue has resolved.
Usually after starting medication, should resolve after 7-14 days.
