White Tongue, White Discharge

Aoa. I had finished an antibiotic course for uti, then after that i noticed i have white tongue and some cottage cheese like discharge on my private part. What should i do? What medicine can i take for it?

its fungal infection, yes it can happen with certain antibiotics
use 150 mg by mouth once only

This is fungus infection on the tongue because of antibiotic so apply on the tongue nilstat drops get that from the market and one teaspoonful and put it on tongue for two days it will disappear
