Mai exclusive breast feed krna chahti hun. Already hil**ta le ri hyn subh and raat. Mai apna milk kese increase krun? Pump krti hun subh 7 bje to 1 oz to taizi se nikl ata hy then 2nd oz bht time lgta hy collect hone mai plus ye dono breast ka collection hy. Then sham mai e collect hopata hy bht mushkil se 1 oz only.
