Talk to Gynecology on Delayed Periods & Prolactin

I have been married for 1 year now(we didn’t try for baby for a year we used protection and pull out tech ,and this is the first month that we are trying for baby . My first problem is that I had slight raised prolactin 33 so I am on brotin these days and in this month during fertile window we have tried on every alternated day .My cycle is of 25days so according to that I must be ovulated near day 11th (but I think I didn't ovulated as I didn’t notice egg white mucus until last fertile day (for 3 days ) . Now I am 1 day late on my period I feel cramps on and off (I took strip pregnancy test yesterday and day before it but it’s negative). I am just curious if it’s pregnancy than why my tests were negative on athe day of predicted periods?, is 1st day of missed period too early to test? .

Second question is I am on brotin , and my urine tests are negative up till now but if it gets positive ,will brotin have negative effects on fetus ?
