Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, Islamabad
Sir I have elevated liver enzymes for the last 10 years all the test has been ruled out cause is still unknown. Even liver biopsy has been done but unable to diagnosed. In liver profile all the test are normal Except bilirubin and alt are mildly elevated Bilirubin is 4 Alt is 60-80 I have high cholestrol And liver is enlarged .any doctor can ruled out this I will take online appointment. What would be the cause In previous test No hemochromatosis No Wilson diseasese Bile ducts are normal by ercp No auto immune hepatitis No hcv,no hbv Liver biopsy is normal. What else has been left Does high tg causes elevated enzymes
Tg level 550 Please help me out I will take appointment

you need to get cbc ,peripheral smear, retic count, LDH and then consult with above tests reports to reach a conclusion

Dark urine,body remains hot very hot without temperature,my hands are hot all the time
And seldom pain on upper left quadrant under ribs which goes away shortly.

Aoa liver enzymes can be raised due to drug intake as well.Are you taking any medication regularly ?
Are your enzymes always raised for 10 years ?
Or levels came up and come ?
Hemolysis could be a cause of your raised bilirubin .What is direct and indirect bilirubin ??

Both direct and indirect are elevated
In the last ten years last year my alt was within normal range for 6 months then again elevation to 72.
I don't know what had worked for I had taken Liv liv capsules for some work not sure about this has worked.
