Talk to Hematologist on Hemoglobin Deficiency

Assalam o Alaikum Docs! I hope you are all fine safe and sound. My wife has started 3rd trimester. It's seems to be deficiency of Iron. Hemoglobin level is 9.6. Kindly check these Reports carefully and suggest me what should I do next onward. Can we use Venofer Drip?
