Talk to Hematologist on Jak-2 Mutation Test Positive And Erythropoietin Level Are Less

Aoa !! I got my cbc done some days ago and my hb came 20.2. I visited a haematologist and he suggested me some tests (i'm attaching reports) in which jak-2 came positive and erythropoietin level came 1.45 which is less. And folate level is also tell me is it the blood cancer symptom? Or is it polycythemia vera? As i googled . And what is the treatment of this? Please sincere advices needed
Thanks for sharing ur concern. It’s most likely polycythemia vera but need to know a bit more in ur history mx What was ur presenting complain ? Tiredness ? fatigue? fast racing of the heart ? tanning of skin ? itching in skin ? Next pics tell folate level which is 190.47. And i was experiencing hip joint pain when i was going through its diagnosing i came to know that my hb is high so then haematologist advised me these tests.
