The level of IgG antibody is increased in her blood. It shows that she has been exposed to the Rubella Virus in past or maybe it’s because of the Rubella Vaccine. If you can provide a history then her clinical condition can be correlated to the test result to find out more. Regards

Your wife is immune against rubella virus infections. However get rubella igm test to rule out acute infection of rubella virus. Infections of rubella virus can cause harm to baby in pregnancy.
