my alt is elevated .its 51 .rest all tests r cleared.hepatitis b,c.dr said to drink a lot of water and avoid fried food.ultrasound is also clear .plz tell

if its not bothering then no intervention need just increase water intake, improve your diet less oily fried food and cold drinks, if your your weight is high loose weight do daily walk 30 minutes. and repeat reports after 6 month and follow up with your doctor
