Check CBC, Creatinine, LFT, HBeAg, HBV DNA (quantitative), Ultrasound liver/spleen.
Were hepatitis C and D ever tested before and negative?? If not tested then check HCV Ab and HDV Ab.
May need fibroscan later.
Treatment decision will depend upon HBV DNA level, LFTs and Ultrasound/Fibroscan findings.
