Talk to Hepatologist on Jaundice Of Pregnancy

My friend is 10 week pregnant, she developed symptoms of itching and yellow eyes in 8 week , upon visit to her doctor, her LIVER FUNCTION TEST values were high, including alt sgpt that were 296 and alkanine phosphatase, .. she did hepatitis test all were non reactive, the ultrasound was okay the baby is okay .. what should she do ? How will this jaundice be treated, ? What should she do ? Is her baby safe ? Will she have to suffer from this the whole pregnancy? What precautions should she take ? What are risk factors that may occur ?
