Talk to Hepatologist on Liver Problem

These are my twin niece's reports. They are three months old kindly check these reports and tell whats the problem..is it something serious? They cry all the time. Do pop after every feed we got them checked by doctor ,who suggested these tests.

They both have liver problem, likely hereditary. plz consult a paediatrician and if possible a paediatric gastroenterologist/hepatologist and a geneticist who is expert in genetic disorders. Need complete LFT (including ALP, GGT, direct and indirect bilirubin), and ultrasound, CT scan, and MRCP to rule out biliary atresia.
