I have sinus issues throughout.. I have to take fexet d after every 2 months..there is pressure in ears and behind eyes.. I was taking mytika 10mg for 15 days and it was a little better now it’s back again. What can I take for it? Someone said fexet dries up the sinuses even more so don’t take it. Now what should I take? Nuebilize with saline sometimes also which helps but sometimes in throat also I feel something. Any homeopathic remedies will also help.

for chronic sinus use Allium cepa mother tincture 20 drops with 20 ml water three times a day plus gelsemium 30 & silicea 30
10/10 drops with 20ml water two times a day whole medication for 5 days.

take steam of plain water twice daily
decongestant nasal spray 2puffs before bedtime
for 5days.

statement is not clear the time period, how long u r suffering in this problem,
