Dear friend اسلام علیکم- Allergic rhinitis or hay fever is the condition when you breathe in some place to which you are allergic. Resulting your nose becomes inflamed and swollen.
Sinusitis is the inflammation of the lining inside the sinuses which can be acute or chronic.
On the basis of the sufficient symptoms you mentioned, and based on an individual symptom "panic attacks", Argentum Nitricum 30 may be used for 30 days. Take water in tea spoon, put 5-7 drops in it. This dose may be taken 4 times a day.

mother has a asthma problem I think from fifteen years , I have alergic reaction from two years . no other faimly member has such problem. mother uses ( Nasal spray) since 5 years. I use only antihistamines. environment is normal and less pollution.
