Talk to Hypertension Specialist on Blood Pressure

I am 28 years old working woman facing bp issues, frequently having sharp headaches, with slight chest pain, got my BP checked , sometimes the systolic is 130 to to140 or higher, sometimes systolic is 120 but the systolic is more than 90 even once it was 110, if its low its too low, 106 by 71, got it checked with bp monitor here in dubai, can any doctor please guide what is the normal bp range, and what to do in this situation, as it is effecting my health a lot, i am feeling low most of the time and feeling extreme weakness
